What Third One is

Third One FZE LLC is a UAE-based international business development, market intelligence and technology company serving clients worldwide. We research target markets, identify and qualify buyers, distributors and importers, run the outreach that turns them into meetings, produce the sales materials those meetings need, and build the software and marketing systems that keep the process running.

We are registered in the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, and serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and international markets from there. Our depth is strongest across the Middle East and Europe, and we work in English, Arabic, Turkish, German, Russian.

Why the company exists

Third One was created to close a gap its founders kept meeting in practice. A company expanding internationally is forced to assemble a crowd: a research agency to choose the market, a lead-generation house to open it, a creative studio to produce the materials, a software vendor to build the systems. Four contracts, four timelines, four accounts of what went wrong — and momentum lost in the seams between them.

Putting those disciplines under one roof is not a marketing structure. It changes the work: the brochure is written by people who heard the objections, the outreach is built on the channel map the research produced, and the CRM is configured by the team that will use it.

Built by operators, not observers

Third One was founded by people who have run the whole commercial chain themselves — manufacturing, export operations, distribution negotiations, brand building and software engineering. Our leadership brings more than two decades of combined operating experience across international markets.

That background is the reason for the specific way we work. Someone who has negotiated with a distributor knows that exclusivity granted early is very hard to take back. Someone who has run an export operation knows that the regulatory registration, not the sales effort, is what moves the launch date. Someone who has shipped software knows that the CRM nobody updates was configured for a different business.

It also shapes what we measure. Meetings booked, orders signed, systems shipped — the numbers an owner cares about. And it shapes what we say: we tell clients honestly when a market is not worth entering, which costs us work and saves them considerably more.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same commercial sequence — define the target, research and qualify, equip, engage, convert and scale — set out in detail on the international market entry guide. You can enter at any stage, and you own everything we build: the databases, the materials, the source code, the accounts.

We work on fixed-scope projects and on retainers, depending on whether the work is a defined piece or a continuous one. We say which we think it is when we scope it, and we would rather sell the smaller engagement that works.

What we are not

We are not a syndicated research publisher, a consumer panel operator, a regulatory consultancy, a customs broker or a law firm. Where a mandate needs one of those we will say so and tell you what to ask them — which is more useful than an agency that quietly takes the work anyway.

We also publish no client case studies or named results. The commercial detail belongs to our clients, and inventing the rest would undermine the only thing this page is for.
