The problem

Commercial teams run on spreadsheets that three people understand, a CRM nobody updates because it was configured for a different business, and a weekly report that takes a day to assemble and is out of date by the time it is read.

The usual fix makes it worse: another SaaS subscription that solves one slice and does not talk to anything else. After a few years the company has eleven tools, no single view, and a process that cannot survive the departure of one person.

How we work

1. Map the process. We sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens, including the parts that are not in any procedure.
2. Scope to the smallest useful thing. The first release should change one working day, not model the whole company.
3. Build in short cycles. You see working software early and often, and change your mind while that is still cheap.
4. Deploy and instrument. Monitoring and error reporting from day one, so problems surface before users report them.
5. Hand over properly. Documentation, credentials, source code and a walkthrough. You can take it to another team.

Ownership

You own the source code, the data, the accounts and the infrastructure. We will host and maintain a system if you want us to, but that should be a commercial decision each year — not a consequence of us holding the keys.
