What this website collects, why, where it goes and how long it is kept.
Who we are

What we collect
Through the contact form. Your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, target market, selected area of interest and your message. Only name, email and message are required; the rest are optional and exist because they let us give a more useful first answer.
Automatically. Our analytics is cookieless and aggregated: page views, referrer, approximate country, device type and browser. It is not used to identify you and is not linked to any contact record. Our hosting provider also processes the technical data any web request produces, including your IP address, for delivery and security purposes.
Nothing else. This site does not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, session recording or behavioural profiling.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and to carry on the resulting correspondence. This is the only reason the contact form exists.
- To prevent abuse of the form — a hidden field and a timing check reject automated submissions.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, so the site can be improved.
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form. If we ever run a mailing list it will be something you opt into separately and can leave in one click.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to [email protected]. Three processors are involved:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless analytics for this website.
- SMTP2GO — delivery of the contact-form email. We use its European region, so that message is processed in the EU.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) — the mailbox that receives and stores the resulting correspondence.
As a UAE company corresponding with clients worldwide, your details may be processed outside your own country. We use established providers and keep the data to what the correspondence needs.
Fonts and third-party requests
This site loads no third-party fonts, scripts or stylesheets for display. The typeface is served from our own domain, which means visiting this site does not disclose your visit to a font provider. Every page asset comes from thirdone.ae.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with normal business record-keeping. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no legal or contractual reason to keep them, we will and we will confirm it.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it,
- send you a copy of what you provided.
We will respond within one month. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you statutory data-protection rights, this does not limit them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict content security policy and standard protective headers. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited server-side. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. This page describes our actual practice and is not legal advice; if you need a formal data-processing position for a procurement review, write to us and we will answer specifically.
