Applied where it removes real hours
AI automation & research agents
AI is useful in commercial work in a narrow and very real way: it removes hours from research, enrichment, drafting and monitoring. It does not decide, and it does not talk to your customers unreviewed.
Where AI genuinely helps
We use AI where the task is high-volume, low-judgement and verifiable — and we say so when a problem does not need it, which is often.
- Research assistance. Reading and summarising large volumes of local-language sources, filings, tenders and trade press that would otherwise be skipped.
- Prospect enrichment. Turning a company name into a structured record — category, size signals, channel, likely fit — at a scale manual research cannot reach.
- Outreach drafting. First drafts personalised from real research about that account, then edited by a person before anything sends.
- Classification and routing. Sorting inbound replies by intent so the interesting ones are answered within the hour.
- Monitoring. Watching competitor pricing, listings, tenders or regulatory changes continuously and flagging only what moved.
Where we do not use it
We do not send AI-generated messages to prospects without a person reading them. We do not let a model invent a market size, a certification or a capacity figure. We do not use it to fabricate the local knowledge that only a conversation with someone in the channel can produce.
Every factual claim that reaches a client report or a buyer is traceable to a source a human checked. This is a working rule, not a disclaimer: a hallucinated import statistic in a board paper is worse than no paper at all.
How it is built
- Find the hours. We measure where the time actually goes in your commercial process before proposing anything.
- Prototype the narrow case. One task, one workflow, measured against how long it takes today.
- Put a human in the loop. Review steps at every point where output reaches a customer or a decision.
- Instrument it. Logging and evaluation, so quality drift is visible rather than discovered by a client.
- Hand it over. Prompts, code, keys and documentation, in your accounts.
What you receive
Every engagement ends in assets you own outright. On this service that means:
- A working automation deployed into your process, not a proof of concept
- Human review steps wherever output is customer-facing
- Logging and evaluation so output quality can be checked over time
- Prompts, code and configuration in your own repository and accounts
- A measured before-and-after on the hours the task used to take
Who this is for
- Teams doing large volumes of repetitive research or enrichment by hand
- Sales operations drowning in inbound classification and routing
- Companies that need continuous monitoring of prices, listings or tenders
- Businesses that have been sold "AI" before and want to see the hours it removes

Frequently asked questions
Does Third One develop AI automation?
Yes. AI-assisted research and outreach automation, enrichment, classification and monitoring are built into the systems we deliver — with human review wherever output reaches a customer or informs a decision.
Will AI write to our prospects?
Only as a first draft that a person edits and approves. Unreviewed generated outreach is how a sending domain gets burned and a brand gets embarrassed, and the reply rates are worse in any case.
How do you stop it inventing facts?
By never letting a model be the source. AI summarises and structures material we have gathered; every figure that reaches a report traces back to a document or a conversation, and a person checks it.
